Join us on June 12th at 6:30 PM at F45 NoMad for a Glow in the Dark Dance Party in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
This is not a workout class. It is a space to mentally and emotionally decompress through music, movement, and community. Created to celebrate joy, healing, and connection, this experience is open to everyone.
Wear a shade of green in support of Mental Health Awareness Month and enjoy glow sticks, uplifting music, community vibes, and raffle prizes throughout the night.
A portion of proceeds and donations will support BEAM (Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective), a nonprofit focused on removing barriers to mental health care and creating accessible healing resources for underserved communities.
