Late Night: Entry after 12:30am, all food and beverage are purchased by consumption.

Guidelines and Policies

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to enter.

• ID Requirement: Please present a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket.

• Event Schedule: Doors open at 5:45PM, and the event begins at 6PM.

• Dress Code: Dress to Impress

• Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: weather conditions, natural disasters, long wait times, personal emergencies, medical situations (including COVID-19), employment issues, traffic, or transportation challenges. If you accidentally purchase tickets for the wrong date, location, or event, we are not obligated to offer a refund, credit, exchange, or transfer. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder without a refund for reasons including, but not limited to: disorderly conduct, failure to comply with venue rules, inappropriate attire, intoxication, venue capacity issues, security breaches, and other restrictions. Please note that the lineup of performers is subject to change without notice, and this does not warrant a refund. Amenities promised are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for a refund. Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event—including music, decor, party favors, drink selection, staff, seating, or delays—will not be grounds for a refund. Pricing may be adjusted without prior notice.

• Menu: Menu items are subject to availabilty, no substitutions or modifications. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

• Event Booking: By purchasing a ticket, you gain entry to the specified event, date, and time. If you do not attend, you forfeit your ticket and the associated fees. You are fully responsible for your purchase, regardless of attendance.

• Event Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, you will receive a refund for the ticket's face value.

• Photo and Video Consent: By purchasing this ticket, you authorize Lagos TSQ to use photographs and videos taken during the New Year’s Eve 2025 event for marketing and promotional purposes, including online and social media.

• Release of Liability: By purchasing tickets through our platform, you release us from any liability or claims for damages arising from your attendance, including personal injury or property damage. Your ticket purchase does not imply our responsibility or control over the event.

• Indemnity: By purchasing tickets, you agree to indemnify us against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your compliance with this indemnity clause. You release us from all actions, claims, or demands, known or unknown, that you may have against us.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to its terms. This policy constitutes a binding contract between you and Lagos TSQ.

General FAQs

• What time should I arrive? - We recommend arriving early, at least 15 minutes before the event starts (by 5:45 PM), to allow enough time for check-in and to ensure you don’t miss any of the action.

• What does the 6 PM seating include? - The first seating is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. After 9 PM, all guests with 6 PM reservations will be asked to vacate their table. However, you’ll still have full access to the first floor of Lagos and our private pen with a view of the ball drop. Please arrive early to enjoy the full dining experience. Note: There is no option to extend your table past 9 PM.

• Does late night tickets include access to view the ball drop? No, it does not. Please note late night tickets give you access to the venue after midnight which will be after the ball drops.

• How do I get a street view of the ball drop? - As a ticket holder, you will have street access for the entire night, allowing you to view the ball drop live from the street outside the venue.

• Will food be provided at the event? -Yes, we will offer a three-course prix fixe dinner with VIP and VIP+ OPEN BAR tickets. General Admission guests will have access to the venue, but food and drinks are not included and must be purchased separately.

• Are tickets refundable? - No, all sales are final. There are no refunds for any reason, including weather or personal issues. Please review our full refund policy for further details.

• What should I wear? -We encourage elegant attire—dress to impress! This is a special night, so bring your best New Year’s Eve style.

• Do I get a ticket to enter Times Square? - No, you do not need a separate ticket to enter Times Square. Your ticket to Lagos TSQ grants you access to our venue, where you’ll have street access to view the ball drop live from the street outside the venue.

• Can I order food and drinks with General Admission? -Yes, you can order food and drinks with General Admission. However, these are purchased separately and are not included with the General Admission ticket. All food and beverage purchases are based on consumption. Our bar will be available for dining as a first come, first serve basis

• Can I get a table with General Admission? -No, General Admission does not come with a reserved table. If you would like a table, you can upgrade to a VIP ticket.

• Is parking available? - Due to street closures and the massive crowds around Times Square during New Year's Eve, parking is extremely limited and not a viable option. We highly recommend using public transportation, such as the subway, or taking a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft to get to the event.
